Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Booking Requirements
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

- No spots will be held without booking online with deposit — bookings first come, first served.

2. Deposit Policy
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This will go toward your total service cost.

3. Late Arrival
- A $15 late fee will be charged if you arrive late (If you are not in chair by your appointment time, you will be deemed as late).

- If you are 10–15 minutes late, your appointment will be immediately canceled and rescheduled to a new date. The $15 late fee will still apply to your next visit.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made 24 hours after appointment confirmation will not receive a refund of the deposit.

- No-shows will be charged $45 and must pay in full for all future appointments.

- You may reschedule one time only without needing to submit a new deposit.

5. Hair Preparation
- Hair must be detangled before arrival.

- If hair is extremely tangled, a $35 detangling fee will be added to your total.

6. Illness Policy
- If you are experiencing any illness symptoms within 5 days of your appointment, please cancel — your deposit will be refunded.

- If you arrive showing symptoms, your service will be canceled and rescheduled for another date.

7. Service Timing
- Please note: I am not a fast braider. Time durations listed are estimated, not exact.
