Terms & Conditions - the basics

Client Presence During Service

To ensure your satisfaction and address any concerns or adjustments, clients must remain present for the full duration of the service. Leaving before completion forfeits the opportunity for on-the-spot corrections or refinements.

 

Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • In the rare case that you are unsatisfied with your service, compensation may be provided at the discretion of Shayla Jones in the form of a fix or discount on a future service.

  • By signing below, you agree to not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any completed service.

 

Late Arrival Policy

  • If you are 1-5 minutes late, a $15.00 late fee will be charged to the total cost of service. 10-15 Minutes late will result in immediate cancellation along with $15.00 fee towards next service.

 

Illness Policy

For the health and safety of all clients and staff:

  • If you arrive sick (cold, flu, COVID-19 symptoms, etc.), your appointment will be immediately canceled and rescheduled.

  • Please notify us in advance if you're feeling unwell.

 

Aftercare & Service Responsibility

  • After 24 hours from the time of service, Shayla Jones is no longer responsible for the hairstyle.

  • Clients are expected to follow proper aftercare as instructed. Neglecting aftercare voids responsibility for issues with the hairstyle (including frizz, loosening, or damage).
